An historic, family-oriented, residential community with a population of approximately 5,900 is seeking a full-time, experienced professional skilled at hiring, managing and developing employees. The Township has a $10 million annual operating budget, two sewer utilities, two full-time bargaining units, and the Township Committee form of government. Candidates should have municipal government experience, including knowledge of the budget process, personnel matters, public relations, purchasing and be skilled with Microsoft Office, social media and cloud-based, file-sharing platforms. Excellent communication skills are also required. Grant writing experience and QPA certification is preferred.
